Return Policy - General GuidelinesTry your cyclewear on with clean skin and sit on your bike to check the fit before you use the garments or remove tags. You will benefit from our products designed for your comfort. We manufacture top quality bicycle apparel. Our materials are the best we can find, always high quality, and our designs are proven performers. Customer Service:
Refunds:Fill out our Return Form and send it within 3 weeks of receipt (or 2 weeks after the new year for orders placed during the holiday season). For security purposes, credit card numbers expire in our system after 21 days. Only unused (not worn, not laundered) clothing with tags will be fully refunded. Items returned without tags and original packaging are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Orders over $300.00 USD are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable. To qualify for a full refund, returns must be in the same condition as when originally sold and in the original packaging provided by the manufacturer, including tags, packaging, and accessories to the product itself. All garments must be UNUSED and UNLAUNDERED. Aero Tech Designs will not refund any garments that have hair or have been worn, dirtied, or washed. Please allow 7 business days after receipt of your return for the refund to show up on your credit card statement. Checks may take two weeks to be processed and mailed to the address on the original order. Exchanges:We even cover the cost of re-shipping your exchanged item(s). To exchange an item, just return it within 3 weeks of your order’s ship date with this completed Return Form. Please make sure that all of the tags and original packaging are included. Aero Tech Designs will not exchange any garments that have hair or have been worn, dirtied, or washed. International orders will be shipped back via first class mail. Guarantee:Our products are unconditionally guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. If your item is defective we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you. Please send your defective item to us within three weeks of ship date along with an explanation on the Return Form (PDF) and we will make sure you receive a replacement. Shipping:Shipping charges are paid to your chosen carrier (USPS, UPS or Fed Ex) and are non-refundable even if we miss your emergency, we do not refund shipping charges for items we ship and receive returned. Shipping charges are not refundable. Privacy Policy:We never sell your information to outside agencies. We keep your data private. Read our Privacy Policy.
